Based at our Euston Head Office with regional travel around our Central Region, we’re now looking for a Regional Lettings Director to lead and grow our Central Region. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on performance, people development, and driving commercial success.
The Role
- Driving Regional Performance: Develop and execute a clear growth strategy to maximise revenue, market share and profitability across Central London.
- Leading High-Performing Teams: Inspire, coach and develop a team of managers and negotiators—creating a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement.
- Building Key Relationships: Strengthen relationships with landlords, investors and key clients, ensuring a consistently exceptional customer experience.
- Using Data to Win: Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
- Owning the Numbers: Manage regional budgets, forecasts and KPIs, ensuring strong financial control and delivery against targets.
- Working Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing and other central teams to align strategy, elevate the brand and optimise performance.
- Reporting with Impact: Provide clear, insightful updates to senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in a senior leadership role within lettings or residential property (Internal applicants must currently be operating at Director level or above).
- A strong track record of delivering growth and outperforming targets.
- Inspirational leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance data.
