As a Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of the business, building relationships, matching buyers with their ideal homes, and guiding clients through every stage of the sales journey. Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Proactively build relationships with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs, budgets, and property goals
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct viewings, showcasing properties professionally and confidently
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers to secure the best possible outcomes for all parties
- Sales Progression: Manage transactions from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other agents
- Client Care: Provide regular updates, feedback, and expert guidance to maintain long-term client relationships
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity to offer informed advice
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with AML, data protection, and industry regulations
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, prepare documentation, and support smooth deal progression
