Lettings Lister

Location: Parsons Green

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am – 4 pm)

Salary:£25,000 – £28,000 DOE, £5,000 Car Allowance, enhanced commission scheme

We are seeking a Lettings Lister to join our thriving team in Parsons Green, With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the property industry, you will have a proven track record in securing listings, building strong client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and knowledgeable about the local property market, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Conducting market appraisals and property valuations.
• Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Managing clients\’ expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service.
• Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.
