15 hours per week (8am-11am) Term Time only Required September 2025. Chesterton is an outstanding school working within a diverse multicultural community. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist/Administration Officer as part of our Business Support Team. Under the direction of the Office Manager your role and responsibilities will include supporting the administration needs of the school staff, general administration and being part of the Reception Team.
To be part of our vibrant, multicultural and happy school, you MUST:
- Have an administration qualification and/or appropriate experience.
- Have experience in using Arbor or similar pupil management system.
- Have the ability to manage workloads under pressure, prioritise and problem solve.
- Have a commitment to the ethos of the school that is inclusive and inspirational.
With your excellent communication, planning and organisational skills as well as ability to work constructively as part of a team, you will be able to show your creativity and initiative in dealing with situations that may arise while forming positive relationships with our pupils and their families.
