There is a permanent (Orthopaedic & Urology Care Unit) and a 12-month fixed-term or secondment (Critical Care, Theatre, and Surgical Support Care Unit) opportunity available.

  • Lead major improvement programmes that enhance patient care, safety, productivity, and value for money.

  • Support long-term strategic planning while delivering day-to-day excellence in performance, workforce, and financial management.
  • Work closely with clinical and nursing leaders to ensure cohesive, well-led services.

  • Act as a trusted partner with commissioners, system colleagues, and internal stakeholders to drive integrated care.
