The Head of SHE has strategic responsibility across both the food manufacturing site and the broiler farming operations, providing a single governance framework for safety, health and environmental compliance from farm to factory. The Head of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) is responsible for developing, implementing and leading the organisation's SHE strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant UK legislation, industry standards and customer requirements. The role provides strategic leadership to create a proactive safety culture, minimise business risk, protect employees, contractors and visitors, and ensure environmental sustainability across all farm and manufacturing operations. Working closely with the Executive Team, the Head of SHE will drive continuous improvement, champion behavioural safety and support operational excellence within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and broiler operations.

- Essential Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification)
- Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards
- Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or related discipline (desirable)
