Role Description
This full-time, on-site Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer role is based at CHESTERFIELD POULTRY LTD in Doncaster.
The Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will carry out routine and reactive maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules in line with safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Maintenance Engineering with experience in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance & Repair in a manufacturing or food production environment.

- Hands-on Electrical Maintenance skills, with the ability to safely diagnose and repair electrical issues on production machinery.
- Relevant technical qualification (e. g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent) in engineering, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and ability to work to compliance and quality standards within a food production facility.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
