We are seeking an experienced Host / Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, possess a warm and approachable personality, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. A committed team player who is personable with guests, this individual will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager.

Location: The Chesterfield Mayfair, London

Employment Type: Full-time/ 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: 5 days on 2 days off

Salary: £25,397 per annum + service charge

Key Responsibilities of a Host / Hostess:

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile, providing accurate wait times and escorting them to the dining areas.
  • Answer telephone calls and email inquiries in accordance with company standards.
  • Promote and upsell all Food & Beverage outlets to guests.
  • Complete administrative tasks as needed.
