About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive School Operations Coordinator to support one of our curriculum schools within the college.

Reporting to the Director of School, you will lead and coordinate the school's administrative function, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality support for staff and students, and effective day-to-day operations.

The role combines team coordination, high-level administrative and PA support, data analysis, and oversight of key processes including attendance, timetabling, events, and student communications., This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a central role in supporting a busy curriculum area and helping create an environment where staff can focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the school's administrative function.
  • Provide PA or senior administrative support, including diary and meeting management.
  • Oversee key processes such as attendance, timetabling, events, and student communications.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience providing PA or senior administrative support, including diary and meeting management.
  • Experience working in an education setting.
  • Knowledge of MIS, timetabling and attendance systems.
  • Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
  • Level 2 (or above) qualifications in English and Maths.
