We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Quality of Education Lead to join our committed Quality of Education Team at Chesterfield College.
Responsibilities
- Drive and raise standards in the Quality of Education across the college, ensuring a consistently excellent experience for all students and apprentices.
- Work closely with a range of College departments and external partners to develop learner‑focused, innovative programmes that meet the needs of learners, apprentices, employers and funding bodies.
- Provide teaching commitment within your vocational specialism or in Teacher Development, maintaining and enhancing your own teaching practice.
- Support colleagues to realise their full potential, acting as an excellent role model, inspiring and enabling others to achieve the highest standards in their practice.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Positive team‑building energy with a collaborative approach.
- Experience in teaching technical education, particularly in construction and engineering, is highly desirable.

- Annual salary of £41,079 – £46,694 per annum (including an optional market‑rate supplement with a base up to £43,578).
