The personal development coach role is a key driver of student and apprentice success. The role provides a holistic wrap‑around service that prepares students for their destinations, enabling them to succeed in future lives and careers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver group sessions and provide one‑to‑one mentoring for small groups and 1–2‑1 basis.
- Help students learn effectively and progress in personal, social, educational, employability skills, and physical and mental health and wellbeing.
- Work closely with curriculum and apprenticeship teams to raise students' aspirations.
