Role Overview

The Personal Development Coach role is a key driver of student and apprentice success. The role provides a holistic wrap around service that effectively prepares students for their destinations, which will enable them to be successful in their future lives and careers.

Responsibilities

This will include group delivery and mentoring students in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis. You will enable them to learn well and progress in all aspects of development including personal, social, educational, employability skills, physical and mental health and wellbeing. You will work closely with curriculum and apprenticeship teams, to ensure that students aspirations are raised.
