Role Summary
We are looking for a Learner Support Assistant to join the Student Experience and Wellbeing team. Learner Support Assistants help make learning more accessible for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities within a college classroom setting.
Responsibilities
- Relate to students in a calm, supportive and positive manner.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to disability equality and inclusion.
- Use basic technology comfortably.
- Follow instructions and read situations effectively; adapt written and spoken communication to match the needs of different audiences, such as colleagues and students.
Qualifications
