Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well‑qualified, enthusiastic, innovative and competent Lecturer to join the School of Engineering, Digital and Services to Business at Chesterfield College, delivering qualifications across Levels 2 and 3 within the Travel and Tourism curriculum area.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a passion for the subject and will teach to enable excellent outcomes for students. The role involves planning, teaching and assessing student work, and fulfilling the role of a Personal Tutor. The Lecturer will monitor and maintain high levels of student attendance, retention and achievement.
Qualifications:
The role requires vocational and teaching experience, a recognised teaching qualification, and a qualification in English and Mathematics at least Level 2. Good administration, interpersonal and IT skills are essential.
