Salary: £9,317.70 - £14,161.94 per annum

Position Type: Advertised Full Time / Part Time

Hours: 21 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Paid Holiday: 38 days pro rata per year

Responsibilities

  • Assist the delivery of events and commercial estate rental bookings for Chesterfield College Group.
  • Open up and lock up parts of the estate.
  • Fulfill the admin for each booking.
  • Induct new customers to health, safety, and fire procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for the events provision.
  • Help the wider events and sales team staff with large events as required.
  • Work flexible working days determined by customer booking length, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

A focus on providing excellent customer service is vital, as is being organised and punctual. First aid training will be provided.
