Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering excellent services to a broad range of customers with a primary focus on dealing with reception duties, course enquiries, applications and administering the college’s student bursary support fund.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience within an educational or training setting is preferred.
- Experience delivering highly effective customer services to a range of customers.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly competent use of IT systems and Microsoft Office packages, and proficient at analysing key data from several different sources to inform profiling, recruitment and onboarding activities.
