A new and exciting career development opportunity has arisen for a passionate individual to join our Engineering Team. This new role involves providing technical support in Fabrication and welding workshops/classrooms and maintaining safe learning environments, with the option of providing coaching and learning through the delivery of classes, to practice and master skills and the development of students' understanding through the delivery of broadly differentiated learning.
The successful candidate will have professional experience in a relevant sector and ideally experience delivering practical skills, experience in stock taking and managing physical resources. You will also possess high quality written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational, administrative, ICT and time management skills, together with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and challenge in a supportive manner.
You will hold an engineering related level 2 welding or fabrication qualification and a level 3 teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards).
