Employment Details: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year, 38 days paid holiday per year, Local Government Pension Scheme membership

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Partnerships and Engagement Co‑ordinator to play a key role in developing and managing relationships with our existing employers. The role includes strengthening and growing relationships with our existing employer network, supporting the recruitment of apprentices, and securing high‑quality work experience and industry placements for students across the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key link between the College and industry, helping employers meet their workforce needs while creating meaningful opportunities for students.
  • Promote the College’s services and products to existing employers.
  • Support recruitment of apprentices and secure placements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in building employer partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced engagement environment.
