Overview: An opportunity has arisen in our Sport team for an enthusiastic professional to join a well-established and thriving team. The successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a passion for their subject and ideally hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject. Applicants should be willing to contribute to the development of new and existing courses and be able to inspire and motivate learners.
Responsibilities:
- Teach across a range of sport related courses.
- Identify and promote volunteering opportunities and work experience links to industry within these areas.
- Contribute to the development of new and existing courses.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject.
- Sports background or experience of teaching a range of sport units at different levels of learning.
- Teacher training qualification (PGCE or Certificate in Education) essential.
- Sports Science or HE experience highly desirable.
