Job Description: The Business department at Chesterfield College has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a passion for their subject and hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of new and existing courses and be able to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Work within quality procedures and enhance the programme’s external connections.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of teaching and managing in Business at Levels 2 and 3.
  • A proven record of raising student aspirations.
  • Possession of a teacher training qualification.
