As an Exams Officer, you will provide a key service to students and staff, supporting the administration of exams operations throughout the year. Joining the Examinations team, you will have experience of working in a busy and challenging administration environment, following business processes and meeting deadlines. Experience or working knowledge of exams administration, awarding body/JCQ rules, and associated regulatory and compliance requirements would be an advantage although it is not essential.
Applicants must have experience of providing good customer service, using business systems and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will have achieved GCSE Maths and English Grade A*-C / 9-4.
