Responsibilities
- Assist the delivery of events and commercial estate rental bookings for Chesterfield College Group.
- Open up and lock up parts of the estate.
- Fulfill the admin for each booking.
- Induct new customers to health, safety, and fire procedures.
- Provide administrative support for the events provision.
- Help the wider events and sales team staff with large events as required.
- Work flexible working days determined by customer booking length, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- A focus on providing excellent customer service is vital, as is being organised and punctual.
