Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking an assistant customer experience manager to join our cultural venues team to launch our new venue 1435. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front of house at both 1435 and the Winding Wheel Theatre
- Delivering a superb customer experience for all visitors
- Managing customer assistants and supervising volunteers
- Ensuring that all secondary sales income including bar, catering, retail and merchandise is maximised
- Efficient management of all bar and catering operations
The successful candidate will have proven knowledge and experience in staff management and hospitality and have worked in entertainment venues. You will be a Personal License Holder and hold relevant qualifications in Food Hygiene and First Aid.
