Candidates must possess the necessary right to work authorisation to enable them to work for Chesterfield Borough Council. Regrettably, we are unable to provide sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa at this juncture.

Qualifications

  • Current National Pool Lifeguard award (mandatory)
  • Additional coaching qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work unsocial hours, including availability at evenings and weekends
  • Disclosure and Barring Service clearance

Positions

  • 3 part-time vacancies and 3 variable attendant positions available
  • One post at 14 hours and 30 minutes per week at the Healthy Living Centre
  • One post at 18 hours and 30 minutes per week at the Healthy Living Centre
  • One post at 10 hours and 30 minutes per week at Queens Park Sports Centre
  • Candidates required to be available for cover over both sites
