An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our senior housing management team, responsible for delivering excellent services to tenants of our 8,800 council homes. You will be responsible for managing approximately 15 employees and will report to the Head of Housing Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy management
  • Housing support
  • Environmental / compliance work
  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour

Qualifications:

Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comprehensive experience in housing management, and competence in budget monitoring and management. Additionally, you will need to be able to think creatively, solve problems and work collaboratively with other managers and teams to deliver the outcomes of the Regulator of Social Housing consumer standards. Candidates must possess the necessary right to work authorisation to enable them to work for Chesterfield Borough Council. Regrettably, we are unable to provide sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa at this juncture.
