Role overview
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about health and fitness and capable of delivering a great customer experience within a class-based studio environment.
We are looking for these individuals to have strong communication skills, a can-do attitude and be able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- You must be able and qualified to deliver exercise classes to a high standard and help customers reach their specific fitness goals.
- Positivity, enthusiasm and flexibility are essential characteristics required to help deliver cutting edge services at Staveley Healthy Living Centre, Queens Park Sports Centre and other venues as directed in the Chesterfield Borough communities.
- We are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of our community and are looking for likeminded staff to drive the service forwards and ensure we retain our current members but also attract and engage with new ones.
Qualifications and experience
- Ideally, we are looking for Body Pump and Body Combat instructors but are also looking for cover instructors with RSA Exercise to Music or equivalent, which have recognised governing bodies, and additionally recognised qualifications relating to Step; Aqua-Cise, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Circuit Training, Aerobics, Indoor cycling etc., to complement our varied programme.
- We are also looking to recruit into more niche classes with our own programme such as Rockbox.
