Significant experience at HR business partner level (or equivalent), with a track record of leading organisation-wide transformation, OD activity or culture change. Strong HR/OD knowledge (including employee engagement and wellbeing) and the ability to influence, coach and challenge constructively. Experience improving HR processes and ways of working, including digital HR, automation and self-service, with a focus on user experience and compliance. Strong analytical skills, with confidence using workforce data to identify trends, risks and practical actions.
