Team Assistant/Coordinator – up to £40k plus bonus and benefits

This client is known for their fun and fast paced culture – based in the heart of the West End, we are helping to build their team from scratch and they are now looking for an experienced Team Assistant/Coordinator.
Working closely with a Head and his team, you will be very involved in all aspects of administration from document creation and management, to proof reading, assisting with marketing materials, invoicing, maintaining databases, booking meetings, diary management and travel.
You'll have:
- Experience working in a professional services firm or similar
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
- The ability to multi task and prioritise with ease
- A positive, team player mindset
