We are partnering with a highly respected, global professional services firm to appoint an Office Coordinator / Front of House for their London office. This is a pivotal, client-facing role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless office experience.

You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting wider administrative and HR functions.

  • Manage meeting rooms, office facilities, suppliers and daily office logistics
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, events and internal meetings
  • Maintain office supplies, budgets and health & safety processes

Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or office coordination role is required. Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office and Apple systems are essential.
