You'll be responsible for:
- Managing complex, ever-changing diaries across multiple executives.
- Coordinating extensive international travel and handling last-minute changes.
- Prioritising competing demands and protecting executive time.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, often without being asked.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has similar experience supporting multiple execs in investment banking, private equity, consulting or high growth tech.
- Loves diary management and thrives on the pressure of last minute changes.
- Is comfortable managing multiple executives simultaneously.
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys solving problems.
