CRM Marketing Assistant
Full time, permanent contract with an option for some hybrid working.

The Role
We are seeking an outstanding CRM Marketing Assistant, reporting to the Senior Customer Retention and Development Manager, to help us deliver engaging, personalized communications that inspire our visitors and members. You will be a key part of our marketing team, creating and executing customer-centric campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and more. Your work will enhance the visitor experience and strengthen relationships with our audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy email campaigns using our marketing automation platform.
- Segment audiences and support personalized communications through customer data analysis.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content.
- Support campaign planning and reporting with insights and performance metrics.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and data integrity across all CRM activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to execute campaigns across the zoo and The Reserve.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing, customer lifecycles, and campaign management.
- Technical skills in database management, including managing lists and updating records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
