- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure all preparation is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Support all kitchen sections as required, adapting to the needs of the operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Take responsibility for proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Learn and develop culinary skills, techniques, and knowledge from senior chefs.
- Support sustainability and minimisation of food waste across the kitchen.
- Assist in stock rotation and control to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Ensure all training modules are fully completed.
