Job Description

As our Breakfast Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the breakfast service, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency.

You will motivate and support the team while ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable start to their day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the breakfast team during service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Welcome guests and respond promptly and professionally to requests and feedback.
  • Ensure the breakfast buffet and dining areas are well presented, fully stocked, and maintained throughout service.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and replenishment.
  • Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Prepare staff rotas and assist with daily team planning where required.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and report ordering requirements.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for service.
