Job Description
As the Breakfast Chef at The Reserve, you will take ownership of the morning service, preparing and delivering high-quality breakfasts to our guests. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen during early hours and for upholding the highest culinary and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to order and for buffet service.
- Ensure timely setup of the breakfast area and readiness for service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to reflect The Reserve's luxury standards.
- Manage preparation and stock levels for the breakfast shift.
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.
- Support waste reduction and sustainability initiatives in the kitchen.
- Assist in preparing for the following day's breakfast service where needed.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately after use.
- Attend all required training and complete online learning modules within set timeframes.
- Wear full, clean uniform in line with company standards at all times.
- Help train and support junior team members or new starters when required.
