We now have an exciting new role for an outstanding Administration Office Assistant to join the Business Support Team .
We’re looking for someone who can:

Provide professional support to the Executive Assistant and Senior PA with a wide range of general day to day administrative duties, ensuring high levels of confidentiality.

Provide reception cover and support, providing high standards of customer service to visitors and co-workers.

Supporting the reception team with managing inbound/outbound mail and parcels, deliveries and arranging collection of parcels.

To ensure that meeting rooms are used most effectively by monitoring calendar bookings.

Respond to enquiries in an effective, professional and timely manner, re-directing where appropriate and to action queries and order requests submitted to the shared Admin Support Team inbox.

Providing general administrative support to projects, updating various documentation on the intranet, maintaining and updating admin team process documents.

Support with placing weekly stationery orders, raising relevant purchase orders. Checking incoming deliveries, identifying discrepancies and raising queries. Liaising with various departments regarding distribution and collection of stationery orders received, and responding to queries.

Excellent IT skills, particularly all the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams & SharePoint.

Excellent customer service skills.

Good business awareness with sensitivity to highly confidential information.

Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and the ability to meet deadlines.

Interpersonal skills demonstrated by an ability to liaise confidently and effectively with managers, both orally and through written communication.

The Package

Permanent – 30hrs per week

Working Hours 7.5hrs per day Mon-Thurs

Salary – £25,109.15 (based on 40hrs)
