The Neuro Therapy Centre supports people living with a degenerative neurological condition and their Carers through an innovative and holistic range of physical and mental well-being activities.
The Centre is in an exciting phase of growth and development, and we are seeking an Operations Manager to support the charity in maintaining its much-valued services and support to the high standard expected and deserved by our service users.
If you have strong leadership skills and a creative and flexible approach to service delivery, then this position will enable you to inspire and develop our services to ensure people are always at the heart of all we do.
The successful person will support our team of high-performing health and support professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and offering exceptional customer service.
The role will be part of our core management team, reporting to the CEO, and will be accountable for the Centreβs health and safety, service development, and facility efficiency. The role holder will act as manager of our membership and support team to maintain customer satisfaction.
