Chester Link is a charity that supports twenty people across seven properties in Cheshire West and Chester. We are recruiting for a Lead Support Worker based in Winsford.
Responsibilities:
- Work 37 hours per week alongside the staff team, closely with our Registered Manager.
- Develop and manage staff through supervision and appraisal, serving as a positive role model.
- Guide the staff team in decision making with service users.
- Collaborate with the management team to share responsibility for the management and operation of the service.
- Ensure high quality of service across all areas of work.
- Work a rolling weekend rota and share sleep-in duties.
- Participate in the on-call service on a rolling rota, with support from another Lead Support Worker.
- Training will be provided for your on-call duties, and you will be supported by a committed team of Lead Support Workers and managers who work together and support each other.
