Cheshire Dance is looking for a General Manager to work closely with the Director and wider team to bring its artistic vision to life, while ensuring the organisation has long-term stability and financial resilience.
This busy and rewarding role is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team and play an important part in a friendly, creative organisation that is already realising some of its bigger ambitions for dance and creative, social, and health outcomes.
You’ll lead the Administrative team, report to the Director, and collaborate across the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll manage the planning, evaluation, policy review, and human resource processes while collaborating with team members to drive positive brand awareness, support stakeholder events, and ensure financial control.
This senior role in charity administration requires at least five years of relevant experience, ideally in the arts or non-profit sectors.
