Community Navigator (Chester) – Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust
Location: Based in Chester with regular travel across Cheshire West and Chester
Hours: 18 hours per week over three allocated days

Community Navigators will work as part of the Better Together team to provide support, advice, and guidance to adults who contact the service.
The role involves attending nine regular Let’s Talk sessions across West Cheshire, promoting the Better Together service in local communities.
The position requires working until 5pm once a week and on Saturdays from 9am to 12.30pm on a monthly rota.
