Job Responsibilities
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for ensuring all of our programmes of work are delivered to a high standard, to targets and within timescales.
They will be responsible for line managing all of our current service and programme managers, ensuring that service/programme operational plans (including KPIs) and individual staff work plans are in place and being adhered to. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent and experienced people manager – firm but fair – as they will also oversee the line management via these managers of all of our operational staff. They will also play a key HR role within the organisation.
