Join Our Team as a Creative Arts Scheme Administrator
Location: South Croydon – primarily office-based, with the option to work from home 1–2 days per week after probation.
Are you organised, efficient, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team? We’re looking for a Creative Arts Scheme Administrator to join our expanding team in Croydon, supporting clients from the Creative Sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing Excel spreadsheets for export and upload
- Uploading data into CRM systems
- Document scanning, conversion, and upload to SharePoint
- Performing audits of data to ensure accuracy
- Managing emails and general administrative tasks
- Supporting the team and working independently when required
- Communicating with clients by email and telephone
What we’re looking for:
- Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Efficient, organised, and able to prioritise tasks
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in pensions or a sales-related role is desirable but not essential
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
