General Responsibilities
- Always deliver an excellent standard of guest experience.
- Carry out searches in line with venue and security procedures.
- Monitor crowd safety and behaviour.
- Uphold all licensing objectives and venue policies.
- Act as the first point of response to reported issues, particularly those relating to alcohol control and conflict management.
- Check tickets and communicate relevant information to guests.
- Direct guests to the appropriate areas of the venue.
- In the event of an emergency or evacuation, follow safety procedures and guide guests to exit the venue safely.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Strong guest experience skills.
- Confidence communicating in conversational English.
- Desirable qualifications include Level 2 Spectator Safety and First Aid at Work.
- Over the age of 18.
Pay Rates (inclusive of holiday pay) £17.59 per hour.
