Chester Race Company is seeking proactive and people‑oriented individuals to join the Horseradish Team as Event Supervisors on a fixed‑term, 9‑month contract with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
General responsibilities:
- Provides hands‑on support across event delivery, admin, and setup, leading on smaller events and supporting on larger events.
- Supports casual staff morale and fosters team culture, especially day‑to‑day.
- Supports planning for small‑scale events and contributes to admin/financial processes.
- Supports finance/admin tasks but with limited financial accountability.
- Works across FOH departments to ensure smooth day‑of‑event delivery, especially smaller events.
- Completes basic admin duties like ordering stock.
