The Company operates three racecourses, Chester, Bangor-on-Dee and Musselburgh, in Scotland. At Chester, we also own and operate - a hotel, a vibrant pub and have other property interests in the city. Not to mention our in-house caterers, Horseradish and our staffing brand – Thyme People. With that much diversity in our business, no two days are the same!
General Responsibilities include:

  • Multi skilled roles of wine waiting, food running and bar service
  • Providing a world class level of guest experience
  • Setting up for service and clearing down tables
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Making and serving drinks
  • Taking customers orders and answering queries
The successful Hospitality Staff will have the following:
  • Previous experience working in a hospitality or bar role
  • A passion for providing a high level of guest experience
  • Confident in conversational English
  • Enthusiasm and a willing to learn
Our rates of pay (inclusive of holiday pay):
18+ £14.03 per hour
Shift availability:
Our shifts vary! You are in control of the hours you work via our staff app.
Manchester Monastery shifts are predominately evenings and weekends.
This role does require you to be able to reliably commute to the Manchester Monastery.
You will have access to Chester and Liverpool shifts on our database if these are also of a commutable distance for you.
