General Responsibilities
- Leading teams to deliver excellent service across bar and retail areas
- Overseeing event set‑up and clear‑down to company standards
- Acting as the main point of contact on the day, resolving guest and operational issues
- Delivering staff briefings and supporting teams throughout events
- Managing stock, tills, PDQs and cash handling in line with procedures
- Liaising with Area Managers to ensure smooth event delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Supervisory or management experience in bar, catering or events
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams and create a positive working environment
- Ability to recognise high‑performing team members and support their development
- Must be over the age of 18
