About Chester Race Company & Horseradish Catering

From intimate canapé receptions to large-scale public events, major sporting and conference venues, to weddings and parties in the privacy of a client’s home; their special occasion deserves our undivided attention. We deliver exceptional food to esteemed clientele and can count royalty, major corporates, and celebrities amongst our guests.
General responsibilities:
- Providing excellent guest service across bars, restaurants and private hospitality areas
- Serving food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Assisting with event set‑up and clear‑down
- Maintaining cleanliness and high standards of service areas
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth event delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and race days
Pay Rates (inclusive of holiday pay):
- £9.68 per hour (ages 16-18) to increase to £9.85 from April 1st
- £14.03 per hour (ages 18+) to increase to £14.60 from April 1st
