We’re looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Admissions Hosts to join Chester Race Company for the 2026 race season at Chester Racecourse. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you’ll be the welcoming face of our venue, often creating the first and lasting impression for our guests.
Working as part of our Guest Experience team, you’ll help deliver a memorable day of escapism for every guest. You’ll play a key role in our award-winning success by consistently providing a world-class level of service and ensuring every guest’s experience starts on a high note.

About Chester Race Company

General Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests at the entry gates
- Creating a friendly and engaging first impression, ensuring every guest feels valued
- Scanning tickets accurately and efficiently using hand-held devices
- Proactively approaching guests to check tickets are ready and answer any questions
- Managing guest flow to ensure quick and smooth entry
- Working as part of a team to maintain an organised and positive entrance experience

This role requires you to be over the age of 18
Pay Rates (inclusive of holiday pay)
£14.03 per hour, increasing to £14.60 from April 1st
