Join our team as a Partner Relations Executive! We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Commercial Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent guest service and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Supporting the Partner Relations team, you'll help deliver an exceptional experience for our commercial partners, sponsors and members by assisting with account management, sponsorship and hospitality activity, and creating memorable race day experiences across Chester Racecourse and Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse. General Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of sponsor, hospitality and member accounts
  • Building positive relationships with partners and assisting with account enquiries
  • Helping deliver sponsorship benefits, including branding, hospitality, digital activity and race day experiences
  • Supporting member renewals, communications and account administration
  • Preparing reports, post-event communications and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Working with the Marketing Team to coordinate sponsor digital activity and marketing assets
  • Welcoming and hosting sponsors, members and hospitality guests on race days
  • Assisting with event logistics, hospitality requirements and VIP experiences
  • Supporting the delivery of partner events, loyalty initiatives and other commercial activations
  • Working collaboratively across Commercial, Marketing, Hospitality and Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Representing Chester Race Company professionally at race days and partner events

Essential criteria:

  • Experience in guest facing roles, events, hospitality, sales or similar
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, guest-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience working within sponsorship, events, hospitality or sports partnerships
  • Passion for racing, sports, events or hospitality
  • Understanding of sponsorship rights, branding and client benefits
  • Understanding of CRM systems and maintaining accurate guest records

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. CRC is an event company; you will be required to work some weekends and evenings. Any work beyond the contracted hours will be eligible for time off in lieu. CRC has a flexible approach to working hours, which should be agreed with your line manager.
