Salary Range: $71,420 – $83,300 (Dependent Upon Qualifications)

General Statement of Job Duties:

Under limited supervision, plans, implements and administers a comprehensive human resources program for the Chester Metropolitan District and Chester County Wastewater Recovery, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations. Performs related professional and administrative work as required. Reports to the Executive Director.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, supplemented by at least five years of human resources administration or generalist experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience in South Carolina PEBA Insurance Programs/Retirement Systems and State or Local Government Operations is preferred but not required.
