The General Manager will take primary responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of our restaurant and kitchens, with oversight of the hotel operation and guest experience.
We are looking for someone who is confident leading a team, understands excellent food and service, and is commercially minded without losing sight of the personal touches that make an independent business special.
You will have the opportunity to make your mark, bringing experience, energy and fresh ideas while working closely with the family owners.
An experienced hospitality professional
Has a strong background in restaurant, hotel or food-led hospitality management
Is confident managing people, standards, suppliers and day-to-day operations
Understands what makes a successful restaurant and kitchen work
Has commercial awareness and an eye for detail
Enjoys being hands-on and visible within the business
Takes genuine pride in creating an excellent guest experience
